I just wanted to write and tell you how impressed I have been with your dealership.  From the time I got my car (2010 ML350) last June to now, I have had nothing but wonderful experiences there.  Mark Kennedy was my salesperson and really went the extra mile to work with me on every aspect of the transaction.

I have completely enjoyed my car from day one and I tell everyone how much I love it and how wonderful everyone at the dealership has been.  I've had one scheduled service for my car and was amazed at how smoothly the entire process was.  My service advisor, Shawn, was great, as was everyone I talked to in the Service Department.  The loaner car was ready when I got there and when I brought it back I was out in five minutes.  Yesterday, I spotted a nail in the side of my tire and thought that the tire would probably need replacing.  I called the service department this morning and was told I could bring my car in any time today to have the tire replaced (I was thrilled).  My father brought the car in for me since I was unable to leave work.  He talked to Jeff, who he said was extremely nice and professional.  It turned out that I didn't even need a new tire, but they checked all of my tires and even washed my car!  I've truly been beyond pleased and impressed with the service I've received from everyone there.  My previous car was a BMW and I have to say, between their service department and yours there is a world of difference.  Not only is your facility beautiful and state-of-the-art, but everyone is always so pleasant and willing to help.  Believe me when I tell you this is not the case at the BMW service department (at all) and, I suspect, at many other luxury dealerships in town.  Coming from that experience to your service department was a very pleasant surprise!  I can't say enough good things about it.

I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate everyone at your dealership and those working in the service department.  When you purchase a luxury vehicle, I think one thing you hope for is great service when you have to take your car back in, and I have never been disappointed at your dealership.  You have a customer for life!

You treated me with the utmost respect.  You answered all my many questions, you were gracious and kind to my family and you gave me a very good deal on the car. 

That car is more fun to drive than I ever imagined!!!  I am still learning it, as you can understand.  There are a lot of features that I have just scratched the surface with.  I got on it a little on the way home and let me tell you, it likes it... :) 

I would very seriously consider buying from your dealership again in the future.  I am a loyal customer.  As you can tell from my emails, I am a man of deep faith.  That was why I was a little skeptical regarding the radar detector; but that too is easily turned off....

In a couple of years my wife is going to be looking for a new SUV so we will keep that in mind.  Have not driven the Mercedes SUV yet, have driven the Lexus.  My wife likes the Buick Enclave as well.  That is the size we are looking for, mid-sized SUV not a full sized. 

Again, loveeeeeeeeeee the car!!!

I bought one of the new C300 series from Mercedes-Benz of Memphis late last week.  My experience was so exceptional, I felt I would be remiss if I did not share it with you:

I had been looking at another car (the Land Rover LR2) for literally months, but just couldn't pull the trigger for some reason.  They have outstanding sales people there, but I just wasn't in love with the car.  A friend drove me by the Mercedes dealership a couple of weeks ago to drool at one of your upper line sports cars, and while we were there, I stumbled across the new 300 in the parking lot.  I loved it from the first moment, but I had never considered a Mercedes, and I don't really know anyone close to me who drives one, so I had no reference point for the quality and consistency of your products or services.  A few weeks later, I brought my dad out to the lot, and my mind was put to ease as soon as we met our salesperson.  Unknowns were instantly replaced with confidence as he patiently answered all of our questions, and spent time learning about my needs for the car.  I am a young, female entrepreneur, and sadly, many times, people don't take me seriously when I go to make a large purchase.  That ticks me off so bad that I often end up leaving the place (and spreading the bad word!).  My experience at your place was the total opposite.  He spoke with me as a peer, and provided all the information I needed to make me comfortable with the deal. 

 My friend and colleague, author Ed Horrell (national public speaker, and author of The Kindness Revolution), often says that a customer's negative perception of a company comes from indifference (notice, not rudeness, but actual indifference) on the part of one employee.  You should be proud that your organization has clearly trained its sales people to practice the opposite of indifference.  He exhibited confidence, knowledge, kindness and patience throughout the entire process.  It's simple:  The combination of superior products and a superior culture are what differentiate you from the competition. 

 I hope you will find a way to recognize John for his outstanding service to me, and to others whom I am sure he affected in such a positive manner.  He has created at least one ambassador of your dealership, and I will definitely spread the word.

This is a letter of appreciation and commendation for your Internet Sales Manager Tom Hammond. Last week I purchased a 2010 ML350 from Tom and it was the best, most professional and easiest auto purchase I have ever made. Tom was great through the entire process from initial contact, to price negotiation, through delivery of the vehicle last week.

I tried to work with my local Mercedes-Benz dealer in Little Rock, since I live in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, but it was a futile effort. When I told their sales person that I purchased my last four new cars (including two Mercedes-Benz) by using Edmonds.com "True Value Pricing (TVP)," he said he had never heard of this Internet Company. I knew then I would have to find another dealer here in the South or return to Fletcher Jones Mercedes in Newport Beach, California where I bought my present Benz which I still own along my new ML SUV. When I told Tom my intention to price the vehicle with Edmonds.com data he immediately knew how their system worked and he asked me what their TVP was. There was no hassle or sales games some car salesmen try to play, which was refreshing. To make the deal even more attractive Tom mentioned that Mercedes-Benz Financial was offering an additional  discount off the agreed-to sales price to lease the car, so I jumped on this opportunity. The salesman in Little Rock didn't even mention this option probably because he was not up to speed on the latest incentives that Mercedes-Benz and their credit corporation were offering.
Needless to say I am extremely pleased with the excellent service Tom Hammond provided and I will try to send some Hot Springs Village clients to Tom and your dealership. Mr. Stephan, if you have a moment when you return from your trip would you please thank Tom again for me for the professional and courteous way he handled my new ML350 purchase.
