I brought my car to Mercedes-Benz of Memphis for a normal maintenance service, and when I got my car back, I noticed a crack on the window glass and several scratches around the body of the car. My vehicle has a matte paint finish, so scratches are very noticeable and require special care. What made this even worse was that after checking my dashcam footage, I saw their staff taking my car through an automatic car wash — something that should NEVER be done to a matte paint vehicle because it can easily damage the finish. I pointed everything out immediately when picking up the car. The service advisor took photos of the crack and scratches and told me he would speak with management and get back to me within a few days. Nobody ever contacted me. I had to call them myself, and they kept saying they would call me “tomorrow.” After waiting over a week with no response, I called again only to be told they would not take responsibility and claimed the damage did not happen there. Absolutely unacceptable customer service and extremely disappointing behavior from a Mercedes dealership. People spend a lot of money on these vehicles and expect professionalism and accountability, not excuses and denial. If you care about your car — especially if you have matte paint — think twice before bringing it here.

Keke always does an excellent job when my parents need assistance with their vehicles. She makes sure to answer all their questions, helps with any concerns, and ensures they have a smooth experience each time. I’m very grateful they have someone they can trust.

I would not recommend purchasing from this dealership due to the service department. For any warranty work the service department do not have regularly available loaner. I would suggest going somewhere else

Not sure what is happening at this location but cooperate needs to come and investigate: they keep losing service providers and the people they have now are awful. We have had Mercedes for over 40 plus years and never ever ever have I experienced this level of rude behavior. They told me my car couldn’t be ready due to parts being back ordered for 2 mos and they wanted me to come and drop off the loaner and pick up my car NOT fixed and drive it in a dangerous state! I complained to the manager and they finally fixed it BUT then put a note I can’t get a loaner again because I never returned the car?! What? So they were rude and then lied. I would close this location down immediately. This is NOT a mercedes Benz real dealer.

Unprofessional staff Reply I went in and test drove a vehicle before lunch and thought the deal was done. Was supposed to be a surprise to my wife. Filled out credit app and everything and was waiting on final paperwork only to find out the vehicle was sold out from under me later in the evening. Finance and sales manager knew i was buying and still let it happen. The most unprofessional thing i have had happen to me. Terrible management
