I honestly can’t say enough good things about Mercedes-Benz of Memphis. After a terrible previous experience and dealing with my car being totaled, I walked in already upset and frustrated. From the moment the manager Leroy stepped in, everything changed. He was patient, professional, understanding, and truly made me feel like my situation mattered. My salesperson John put all hands on deck to make sure I left happy. Leroy and John worked hard to get me into a new car and gave me a deal I honestly still can’t believe.
