Huge thanks to the MB service department for outstanding service, honest employees, and technical expertise. I had an appointment this morning, but the Service Advisor and technician quickly understood what was wrong and knew it was something simple Id overlooked. Two loose nuts needed torquing, and it was fixed in 30 seconds. My car never even fully made it through the check-in process. Unfortunately, I'm about to move and will probably never be back. My first car was a 1979 Mercedes Benz 300 SD turbo diesel. It was like a tank! German engineering is truly astounding. This dealership is clean and well kept and the inventory is always very well stocked. The mechanics are super professional now that the dealership has a new owner, Rafael Mercedes, I believe it is on the right track to achieve even more!
